We Are In The Gated Community of April Sound

Two Swimming Pools
In addition to having access to the two April Sound Country Club pools, APS residents have exclusive enjoyment and use of our own two, refreshing professionally maintained pools. Each pool has lounging furniture, crisp white walking areas, and professionally managed water quality.

2,045 Feet of Boardwalk​
Homeowners of April Point South have free and unrestricted access to our 2,045' boardwalk, and bulkhead. This includes docking of small and mid-sized watercraft. If you are a homeowner in April Point South and would like to obtain a watercraft sticker, please contact us.
April Sound Country Club
April Point South is located in the Golf Course Community of April Sound. As a homeowner of April Point South you have access to April Sound Country Club, which has eighteen holes of golf, a very active golfing calendar, fine and casual dining, amenities such as a workout room, two pools (including one adult pool and outdoor bar), an active tennis club, and a recreational calendar to envy through the social clubs.
