April Point South unit owners are charged a monthly maintenance fee as required by our Declarations. Each individual units fee is determined according to the square footage, as a percentage of the total square footage. The current fees range from $160 to $399. The maintenance fee covers items that the POA is responsible for maintaining as outlined within each sections declarations.  Some of the major items covered include; general building and other insurance, common area maintenance and landscaping, pool maintenance, driveway maintenance, and other items outline within the declarations.
